The CTL Repair Division specializes in the overhaul and repair of aircraft metal and composite components.u00a0We are seeking talented professionals to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment as an Aviation Repair Technician at our northern Cincinnati, Ohio location (less than 30 minutes from Dayton and/or northern Kentucky).u00a0Job Requirementsu2022 Setup and operate a variety of basic hand tools (grinders, drills, rivet guns, sanders, etc.) and equipment.u00a0 Operations involve hand-blending of critical surfaces, re-drilling/reaming/relocating holes, riveting, etc.u2022 Composite repairs including adhesive application, curing, painting and finishing of carbon fiber/fiberglass components.u2022 Adhesive bonding of components including layup, vacuum bagging and curing.u2022 Removal of coatings and adhesives by media blasting, grinding or machining.u2022 Read and interpret repair procedures.u2022 Understand basic dimensioning and tolerances.u2022 Translate repair instructions into action.u2022 Ability to multi-task and cross-train in different areas.u2022 Maintain a safe working environment and observe all safety precautions in the shop environment.u2022 Time management skills.u2022 Ability to listen and communicate.u2022 Other duties as assigned.u2022 Potential for domestic and/or international travel.u00a0 Passport a plus.u00a0Job Qualificationsu2022 HS Diploma or equivalent / US Citizen or Green Card Holder.u2022 Aircraft composite or sheet metal experience.u2022 Previous military/aviation experience or FAA Airframe & Powerplant license a plus.u2022 Automotive body finishing and/or painting experience a plus.u2022 Industrial trade school training - automotive or aircraft related a plus.u2022 Aluminum welding experience a plusu2022 Mandatory FAA drug and alcohol screening.u2022 Able to work in a repair environment.u2022 Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.::: {align=
