Job#: 3018776Job Description:Job Title: Resilience & Recovery AnalystJob Location: Cincinnati, OHPay Range: $45-$50 per hourContract Length: 6 Monthsu00a0Job DescriptionGeneral FunctionThe contractor will play an active role in supporting annual initiatives within the Enterprise Resilience Office (ERO). The ERO consists of the following programs: Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, Response & Recovery, and Operational Resilience. This position involves partnering with Line of Business owners and representatives as they navigate the Business Continuity Program lifecycle and requirements, ensuring the development, maintenance, and validation of effective resilience strategies.Key Responsibilities- Drive day-to-day interaction with plan coordinators by supporting their completion of Business Continuity initiatives.- Follow up on open tasks and Business Continuity initiatives across the organization.- Support Enterprise Resilience Office programs by educating employees on Business Continuity program initiatives, processes, and the use of the Business Continuity planning system (Fusion Framework System).- Assist with data integrity reviews and ensure quality data is captured and used within the planning system (Fusion Framework System).- Perform governance activities for the Business Continuity Program, including expert review of submitted strategies and plans.- Serve as a resource and point of contact for plan coordinators completing risk assessments, business impact analyses, and business continuity plan deliverables.- Provide support to Lines of Business in planning for, executing, and documenting results of business continuity plan exercises or activations.- Support ERO team members during business disruptions, as needed.- Work collaboratively and effectively under pressure to meet deadlines.- Perform other duties as assigned.Risk Management Responsibilities- Openly exchange ideas and concerns; identify and recommend risk reduction opportunities.- Adhere to established policies and procedures.- Act with integrity to ensure decisions and behaviors support a positive culture and customer experience.Supervisory ResponsibilitiesNone.Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required- Education: College degree or equivalent experience, preferably in IT, Business Operations, Logistics, Emergency Response, or Event Planning.- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.- Preferred Experience: - Experience or academic background in operational resilience, emergency management, business continuity, or disaster recovery. - Experience working in a financial institution or other heavily regulated industry.- Ability to build upon Enterprise Resilience knowledge and share expertise to broaden team capabilities and enhance overall organizational resilience.- Demonstrated organizational, leadership, and facilitation skills.- Team-oriented, flexible, and adaptable to a virtual team environment; views learning as an ongoing driver of performance.- Proficiency with Windows-based technologies and software programsu00a0u00a0EEO EmployerApex Systems is an equal opportunity employer.
