Preferred Qualifications Role Purpose Under the supervision of a registered technologist performs imaging procedures to adult and pediatric patients for the purpose of diagnosis and/or treatment of anatomic and physiologic disorders. Must be currently enrolled in an imaging program.Illinois: Following IEMA guidelines Responsibilities + Assists the technologist with imaging procedures. Students require direct supervision in surgery. + Escorts or transports patients to and from examination area, assists technologist with patient transfers to and from imaging tables, and assists patient as needed. + Assists outpatients with completing information necessary to the procedure.
