We provide high-end technical services, research and development, and prototype solutions to some of the country's most challenging technical problems.All Riverside Research opportunities require U.S. Citizenship.Position OverviewRiverside Research is seeking a part-time Intelligence Communications Systems Engineer to support the National Air & Space Intelligence Center (NASIC) at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH. This position will be part of a multi-disciplinary team providing senior technical and project management, as well as system security assistance, for intelligence communications systems. The Systems Engineer will facilitate collaboration with NASIC, IC, and bilateral partner stakeholders to advance system architectures, capabilites, networks, systems and tools. They may also assist the government with planning, programming, and budget execution activities tied to advancing intelligence systems.ResponsibilitiesProvide senior SME support to MASINT and IT leadershipDevelop and hep facilitate IT working groups for named systemsAssist with budgeting effectively for licensing, support, and systainment costsFacilitate agreements with stakeholders for system research, development, operations, and maintenanceAid in coordination between stakeholders and bilateral partnersOther duties as assignedQualificationsRequired Qualifications:Active TS clearance with SCI adjudicationBachelor's in business administration, accounting, finance, engineering, computer science, physics, math, history, or related fieldsIntelligence professional with a minimum of 8 years' experience supporting intelligence systemsExperience managing IT resources within the intelligence communityEffective/efficient written/verbal communication skills; proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, and ExcelSelf-motivated, detail oriented, responsible team player able to work independently with minimal daily directionAbility to work and interact with technically and organizationally diverse personnelOpen to occasional travelDesired Qualifications:Familiarity with National Air and Space Intelligence Center (NASIC) intelligence analysis and production processesMaster's degree in business administration, accounting, finance, engineering, computer science, physics, math, history or related fieldProfessional certifications in project management, contracting, requirements management, and/or lifecycle logistics (e.g. PMP, DAWIA)Global Comp$75.00 - $86.00 This represents the typical compensation range for this position based on experience, location and other factors.Closing StatementRiverside Research Institute is a not-for-profit, technology-oriented defense company, where service to our customers and support of our staff is our overall mission.
