Department: Identity Access Management Location: Energy Plaza Duration: April 2026 to December 2026 Other : Work 10 to 20 hours per week Work Schedule: Monday - Friday Pay: 20.36 -$24.88 Kickstart your Identity & Access Management career with hands-on intern experience As an Identity & Access Management (IAM) Intern, you'll play a key role in protecting OPPD's information systems from cyber threats. This internship offers a unique opportunity to work in a mission-critical environment, supporting identity governance, access control, and compliance. You'll collaborate with security professionals, contribute to innovative IAM solutions, and develop technical skills that will set you apart in the cybersecurity field. + Assist with identity lifecycle management, including provisioning and de-provisioning for employees, contractors, and privileged accounts. + Support daily IAM operations by handling access-related requests, incidents, and maintaining accurate documentation. + Participate in audit and compliance activities to ensure adherence to security and regulatory standards. + Help implement and test IAM solutions, contributing to projects that enhance identity governance and access control. + Collaborate with internal teams to improve IAM processes, service delivery, and architecture based on organizational needs. + Gain hands-on experience with enterprise security operations, focusing on identity governance, access management, and compliance. + Develop technical and non-technical IAM security skills through training and practical exposure. Qualifications Specific fields of study required - Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or related field. 2.5 GPA or higher is required Sophomore or higher college level Current full-time student attending an accredited college/university Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
