Join us at Crowe and embark on a career where you can help shape the future of our industry.Job Description:Crowe is seeking a highly technical Senior Staff to join our growing ServiceNow ITOM (IT Operations Management) team. This position is ideal for someone who thrives on hands-on ServiceNow development and configuration work, with a strong focus on ITOM modules such as Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management. You'll be part of a collaborative delivery team, working primarily behind the scenes to architect and build powerful, scalable ServiceNow solutions that drive real results for our clients.Responsibilities:Execute deep technical configuration and scripting for ServiceNow ITOM, including:Discovery patterns, probes, and sensorsMID Server installation, configuration, and troubleshootingEvent Management rule creation and alert correlationService Mapping design and deploymentDevelop and maintain integration solutions with external systems (e.g., monitoring tools, CMDB feeders).Translate technical requirements and architecture into scalable, supportable implementations.Work closely with Solution Architects and engagement leads to ensure solution quality and alignment.Write and maintain clear, reusable documentation and internal development standards.Support system testing, UAT, deployment, and ongoing performance tuning.Participate in internal technical design sessions and code reviews.Engage with clients periodically during technical workshops, validations, or post-go-live support.Desired Skills:Proficiency in JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs, and ServiceNow scripting methodsIn-depth understanding of ServiceNow CMDB, discovery patterns, and infrastructure modelingExperience integrating with third-party tools like SolarWinds, SCOM, Dynatrace, LogicMonitor, etc.Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid environmentsStrong troubleshooting skills with MID Servers, connectivity, and system performanceCertifications:ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) - PreferredServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) - Discovery, Service Mapping, or Event Management - PreferredCertified Application Developer (CAD) - PreferredQualifications:3+ years of professional experience2+ years of direct ServiceNow ITOM hands-on workDemonstrated experience implementing and configuring ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event ManagementAbility to independently deliver technical solutions with minimal supervisionExcellent written and verbal communication, particularly around documenting complex logicComfortable working both independently and collaboratively within distributed teamsWillingness and ability to travel up to 30% as needed for client engagementsWhy Crowe?Crowe's ServiceNow practice empowers technical professionals to do meaningful work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
