We need individuals who are passionate about making a difference by helping others.u00a0u00a0u00a0We are seeking au00a0Psychiatric Services Clinician tou00a0provide support to clients and the Psychiatric Services staff to support the daily function of the clinic and meet the complex needs of the clients. Support through chart prep, discharge planning, screenings, and referral services. All activities will take place either face-to-face or by phone.u00a0u00a0u00a0This position is 40 hours a week, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. There are no weekends, on call, or holiday requirements for this position. This assignment is in person atu00a0790 Fuller Ave NE Grand Rapids, Michigan 49503u00a0u00a0MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:u00a0u00b7u00a0Master's degree in Social Work or Psychology, Counseling, or Counseling Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapist.u00a0u00b7 Licensure in the State of Michigan as a licensed master social worker, professional counselor, marriage and family therapist, or psychologist; OR be eligible for a limited license as stated above and obtain that licensure within three (3) months of hire.u00a0u00b7 At least one year of experience providing services to individuals with mental illness, intellectual/developmental disabilities, or substance use disorders.u00a0u00b7 Thorough working knowledge of the practices and principles of psychological, emotional, and sociological assessment.u00a0u00b7 Thorough working knowledge of professional ethics and standards of practice.u00a0u00b7 Computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets, email, database management, and data entry skills.u00a0u00b7 Demonstrated experience communicating clearly and concisely in stressful situations.u00a0u00b7 Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.u00a0u00b7 Excellent customer service skills.u00a0u00b7 Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment and skills and capabilities ofu00a0u00a0bridging language/cultural barriers to Network180 services within diverse communities.u00a0u00a0PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:u00a0u00b7 Lived experiences with mental illness/developmental disabilities/substance use disorders valued.u00a0u00b7 Fully licensed MSW, Professional Counselor, Psychologist, or Marriage and Family Therapist.u00a0u00b7 At least three years postgraduate experience working with individuals with mental illness and co-occurring disorders.u00a0u00b7 Bilingual English/Spanish.u00a0u00a0u00a0Job interviews are being conducted in person or via the internet.
