This role provides strategic oversight, drives cross-functional alignment, and ensures successful delivery of NPI initiatives that meet business objectives, compliance standards, and customer expectations. Comply with JHS PMO processes and systems.2. Facilitate and influence diverse teams across Operations, Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and Commercial.```{=html}```3. Lead large-scale, cross-functional projects or programs.4. This role is expected to support Commercial KPI recognition.5. Develop and manage integrated project plans, budgets, and resource allocations.```{=html}```1. Ensure that a project schedule encompassing project scope and associated details is accurately developed and regularly maintained.2. Oversee risk management, compliance, and quality assurance.3. Anticipate and mitigate risks proactively.4. Lead resolution of technical, operational, and regulatory challenges during NPI projects.5. Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions for issues impacting project scope, schedule, or quality.6. Ensure effective communication of project timelines, status, risks, and needs to all project team members and stakeholders.7. Facilitate resolution of conflicts among stakeholders and team members to ensure alignment on project objectives.```{=html}```13. Serve as primary point of contact for executive stakeholders.14.
