Integrated Product Support (IPS) ManagerJoin our team as an Integrated Product Support Manager (IPS) and play a critical role inplanning, developing, and executing lifecycle product support strategies in alignment with the DoD's 12 Integrated Product Support Elements. This role ensures system readiness, maintainability, and affordability across the system lifecycle by conducting maintenance planning, provisioning, logistics analyses, and training development in accordance with Army logistics standards and MILSTD requirements. Working closely with engineering, sustainment, and program management teams at Redstone Arsenal and supporting organizations, the IPS Manager integrates reliabilitycentered maintenance (RCM), Level of Repair Analysis (LORA), cost analysis, and technical data development to deliver comprehensive, missionready product support for Army weapon systems.Minimum Requirements And Qualification- Bachelor's degree in logistics, engineering or related field. (or equivalent experience.)- 3-5 years' experience in logistics planning.- Familiarity with Army logistics standards, ILS processes and MIL-STD documentation.- Strong understanding of ILS elements, provisioning and maintenance planning.- Ability to obtain/maintain a Security Clearance.- Proficiency in logistics analysis tools and MS Office Suite- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communications skills.- Ability to travel up to 25%.Major Responsibility Areas And Duties- Develop maintenance concepts and reliability-centered maintenance analysis.- Create predictive logistics plans and estimate Means Time to Repair (MTTR).- Perform Maintenance Task Analysis and Level of Repair Analysis (LORA).- Prepare Operations and Support Cost Analysis.- Analyze diagnostics and testability.- Develop and validate operating and maintenance instructions.- Prepare training materials for operator and maintainer courses.- Provisioning tasks: - Identify support items and field-replaceable spares - Perform Logistics Support Analysis - Prepare engineering data for provisioning.```{=html}```- Other duties as assigned.EOS Defense Systems is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy, gender identification and sexual orientation) or national origin in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
