Implements and coordinates care delivery among the u00a0 clinical disciplines and documents those activities. - u00a0 Evaluates effectiveness of plan and interventions related to patient u00a0 responses and expected outcomes. - u00a0 Educates patients, families, significant others using methods u00a0 appropriate to the situation and considering patient's learning needs, u00a0 readiness to learn, and culture. - u00a0 Participates in quality improvement activities. Demonstrates quality u00a0 by documenting the application of nursing process in a safe, accountable and u00a0 ethical manner. - u00a0 Uses and integrates current research findings and other evidence to u00a0 maintain and demonstrate competency, enhance role performance, and increase u00a0 knowledge of professional issues.
