If so, MAA is the place to start building yourcareer in the multifamily housing industry.The Maintenance Technician performs general maintenance and repair toensure apartment homes and other property facilities are in good workingorder. Responsibilities include preparing apartments for move-indiagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing heating, ventilation and airconditioning (HVAC) units; electrical appliances, outlets, and lightfixtures; plumbing, carpentry, and locks.
