This is an exceptional opportunity for a relationship-driven professional who thrives at the intersection of sales, technology, and legal innovation, and who is passionate about positioning our company at the forefront of the AI revolution in legal services.About the RoleIn this opportunity as an AI Technologist, you will:Join customer meetings with a Senior Sales Executive and clients to deliver vision discussions, discovery/demo.Serve as an executive level project manager for evaluations and trials of CoCounsel Legal, providing an exceptional, white-gloved experience with a customer obsessed form and execute AI commercial strategies, including the GTM plan for all AI TR solutions including; CoCounsel Core, Westlaw Precision and Practical Law Dynamic; provide insights on market trends, customer needs, and competitorsCoordinate AI commercial activity across strategic accounts, using stakeholder management skills to build relationships and create AI sales opportunitiesEngage with individual customers to inform them of TR's AI products, where we sit vs. our competitors, LegalTech strategy, trends, and opportunity identificationChampion AI capabilities both internally and externally, positioning our company as a thought leader in the AI and legal tech industry; conduct webinars and present at vision shows and conferencesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between sales strategies and product roadmapsDevelop and teach new curriculums reflecting best practices in AI use.Conduct research and development of law firm needs in collaboration with product.About YouYou may be a fit for the AI Technologist role if your background includes:Bachelors degree or equivalent experience, JD or legal industry experience strongly preferredProven experience with engaging key customers and building/maintaining strong relationshipsAbility to gather feedback/data to inform strategy and AI product developmentPrevious experience working in software sales team and/or online legal information a plusWorking knowledge of sales process, methods and techniquesA solid understanding of GLLF markets to help position GLLF team for growth is highly desired#LI-AY1What's in it For You?Flexibility & Work-Life Balance: Flex My Way is a set of supportive workplace policies designed to help manage personal and professional responsibilities, whether caring for family, giving back to the community, or finding time to refresh and reset.
