If youu2019re looking for a rewarding career, a place to call home, apply with us today Job Description We are seeking a motivated and detailu2011oriented HPLC Associate u2013 Team Lead to support and guide our analytical team. In this role, you will perform advanced chromatographic analyses to characterize earlyu2011stage biotherapeuticsu2014including proteins, antibodies, peptides, and conjugatesu2014while providing dayu2011tou2011day leadership within the laboratory. Key Responsibilities Chromatography & Analytical Testing + Perform routine and advanced HPLC analyses, including: + Size Exclusion Chromatography (SEC) + Hydrophobic Interaction Chromatography (HIC) + Reversedu2011Phase HPLC (RPu2011HPLC) + Ionu2011Exchange Chromatography (IEX) + Support the characterization of a wide range of biologics and complex molecules. + Maintain accurate, detailed documentation in Electronic Laboratory Notebooks (ELNs) . + Review data for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with quality standards. + Collaborate closely with scientists and project teams to ensure timely, highu2011quality results. Leadership Responsibilities + Serve as a dayu2011tou2011day team lead , supporting and monitoring the performance of laboratory staff. + Assist in interviewing and evaluating potential new team members as needed. + Support onboarding, training, and skill development of new employees. + Communicate administrative and operational updates across the team. + Promote the companyu2019s vision, culture, and commitment to quality. + Ensure laboratory activities meet the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and compliance. + Coordinate workload distribution, shift coverage, and daily task assignments. + Contribute to performance discussions, development plans, and moraleu2011building efforts. + Balance handsu2011on technical responsibilities with leadership expectations. Qualifications Basic Minimum Qualifications + Bacheloru2019s degree (BS) in Biochemistry, Chemistry, or a related scientific discipline. + 2+ years of handsu2011on laboratory experience in an industry setting utilizing chromatography (SEC, HIC, RPu2011HPLC, IEX, etc.) and/or capillary electrophoresis techniques. + Strong attention to detail with a commitment to data integrity and highu2011quality documentation . + Excellent teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills. + Meticulous, organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively. + Demonstrated eagerness to learn and contribute in a collaborative, fastu2011paced environment. + Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship. Preferred Qualifications + Previous experience in a laboratory supervisor or team lead role. Additional Information The position is full-time, first shift, Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm.
