Description: What You Will Be Doing: The selected candidate will join the Integrated Data Solutions (IDS) team on the Nonu2011Air Vehicle Integration and Delivery effort, to conduct datau2011quality reviews, evaluate statements, respond to action requests, and monitor contract delivery requirements to ensure timely, accurate data delivery to our customers. The Nonu2011Air Vehicle group is responsible for releasing data that supports Alternate Mission Equipment (AME), Pilot Flight Equipment (PFE), laboratories, support equipment (SE), ALIS hardware, and training equipment. Specific tasks include, but are not limited to: u2022 Coordinate with cross-functional teams to integrate AME/PFE Sustainment Part Information Record (SPIR) data for into the F-35 Autonomic Logistics Information System u2022 Partner with Sustainment Engineering and Provisioning teams to develop high-quality data products and processes while ensuring on-time, accurate delivery u2022 Perform and oversee AME data product deliveries for aircraft sustainment data builds in support of aircraft DD-250 and ferry u2022 Perform data quality analysis and data release of AME/PFE site effectivity tables and stores mapping documents u2022 Analyze customer problem reports by evaluating requirements, developing and executing solutions, and conducting root cause analysis u2022 Research, review, and record airworthiness certification artifacts and as-cleared configuration description documents for AME/PFE flight clearance validation u2022 Create and update AME/PFE Electronic Equipment Logbook and As-Delivered Bill of Material files u2022 Identify, communicate, and solve data quality issues, errors, and concerns u2022 Evaluate AME/PFE sustainment data attributes u2022 Assess PDM engineering and supplier as-designed (SDR J0820) release records u2022 Manage SPIR delivery schedules and technical document workflows u2022 Provide Subject Matter Expert (SME) support and data reporting to Logistics IT product support providers u2022 Use, maintain, and improve Microsoft Access and Excel data analysis tools u2022 Write, update, and maintain work instruction command media documents Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access and a Secret Security Clearance after starting. Basic Qualifications: u2022 Experience supporting F35 Production, Flight Operations, Sustainment, and/or ALIS u2022 Proficient with Windows, Microsoft Office Suite, and PDF editing tools u2022 Experience/familiar with computer systems or data management concepts and/or database structure u2022 Strong communication skills, written, verbal, and presentation both internally and externally, with customer u2022 Must be able to obtain a US Government security clearance (need for travel to Support Sites) Desired Skills: u2022 Self-starter with demonstrated ability to work independently and with minimal supervision u2022 Experience in F-35 applications including LDM, PDM, JDL, ATLAS, ALIS, CMMS, ServiceFLO u2022 Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Access u2022 Knowledge in SQL, XML, Python, VBA, and/or Perl languages u2022 Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills u2022 Experience in Database Design u2022 Working knowledge of the provisioning process u2022 Previous experience with ALIS Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration. Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process. Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
