Treasury Analyst

Description We are looking for a motivated Treasury Analyst to join a nonprofit organization based in Fort Worth, Texas. Responsibilities: u2022 Monitor and manage daily cash flow activities, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting. u2022 Prepare detailed cash flow forecasts to support financial planning and decision-making. u2022 Conduct treasury operations, including bank account management and reconciliation processes. u2022 Assist with corporate treasury functions, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures. u2022 Collaborate with internal teams to optimize liquidity and financial resources. u2022 Analyze financial data to identify trends and recommend improvements to treasury processes. u2022 Support the implementation of systems and tools related to treasury operations. u2022 Provide timely and accurate reports to management on financial and treasury activities. u2022 Maintain strong relationships with banking partners and other external stakeholders. u2022 Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and best practices within treasury functions. Requirements u2022 Proven experience in corporate treasury or similar roles. u2022 Strong understanding of treasury operations and cash flow management. u2022 Proficiency in preparing and analyzing cash flow forecasts. u2022 Familiarity with treasury systems and tools. u2022 Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. u2022 Effective communication skills to collaborate with teams and stakeholders. u2022 Ability to work onsite in Fort Worth, Texas. u2022 Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is preferred.
