You have arrived at your career destination Join us Who You Are Global Supply Chain Management u2013 Material Program Manager What You Will Be Doing This position is for a F-35 Sustainment Material Program Manager (MPM) supporting Mods and Upgrades. The selected candidate will be responsible for working laterally across F-35 GSC and other LM functions, including Program Management, to develop comprehensive acquisition and execution plans in support of programmatic milestones. MPM is responsible for acquisition milestone tracking from RFP through Definitization for major efforts. The MPM will also be responsible for summary level performance metrics to respective PM, including constraint resolution. This MPM will be the integration point between GSC and the F-35 Sustainment PMO, and is responsible for effective communication between the functions. The MPM will also responsible for removing roadblocks and driving actions to supporting functions to enable successful GSC execution of program requirements. AeroSCM Basic Qualifications: u2022 Experience with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) or Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFAR) u2022 Experienced in procurement principles, contract management, and supply chain management u2022 Experience collaborating and communicating cross-functionally, building consensus and shaping/influencing opinion u2022 Advanced to Expert level in Microsoft Office Suite; to include Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Desired Skills: u2022 Majors Procurement experience u2022 Coordinate, organize, and deploy the SCM strategy to support Prime Contract efforts u2022 Experience TINA compliant (Truth in Negotiations Act) u2022 Program Customer (Negotiation) Experience u2022 Represent the SCM organization to both internal and external stakeholders at all levels u2022 Experience with Systems, Applications and Processes (SAP), (ERP), (MRP) or similar Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration. Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process. Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
