Learn more: ( Now Hiring: 2nd Shift Fabrication Supervisor Schedule: Mondayu2013Friday, 3:30 PM u2013 11:55 PM Responsibilities Include: u00b7 Lead and direct hourly union personnel in fabrication operations u00b7 Assign work, train employees, and monitor quality and productivity u00b7 Ensure safety compliance and resolve safety concerns u00b7 Maintain accurate records, enforce work rules, and support morale u00b7 Coordinate workflow across departments to ensure efficient production u00b7 Recommend improvements in manufacturing methods and processes u00b7 Communicate effectively with engineering, other shifts, and leadership Qualifications: Education: High school/trade school diploma required; apprenticeship or post-secondary education preferred Experience: u00b7 5+ years in manufacturing/fabrication u00b7 3+ years in supervisory/management u00b7 3+ years with Microsoft Office u00b7 2+ years with ERP systems u00b7 Basic welding (preferred) u00b7 Strong knowledge of fabrication processes, blueprint reading, and workstations setup u00b7 Strong leadership, communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills u00b7 Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to supervise in a union environment Job Type: Full-time Benefits: + 401(k) matching + Dental insurance + Employee assistance program + Flexible schedule + Flexible spending account + Health insurance + Life insurance + Paid time off + Tuition reimbursement + Vision insurance Work Location: In person
