This full-time position is involved primarily works in industrial or commercial settings.u00a0Installers are trained in various construction tasks such as installing cam-lock insulated panels, installing steel support, installing glycol floor heat insulation, installing drain lines, setting and wiring electrically operated doors and setting up remote monitoring equipment. Installation quality will be monitored. Installers use hand and power tools to complete the installation process safely and efficiently, as directed. General construction skills are preferred.u00a0Installers wear personnel protective gear including harnesses and perform thorough checks to ensure all safety protocols and procedures are in place while working on the job site. Installers are exposure to various weather conditions and working in confined spaces.u00a0The company provides flights, car rentals, housing, and food allowances. Utilizing commercial airlines or company transportation, employees travel to and from job sites. Installers are brought home every other week.u00a0After a probationary period, Installers are eligible to obtain company provided Health, Dental and Vision benefits and other compensation benefits such as bonuses and retirement account payments.u00a0Through promotions, this position can evolve into directing site work, managing other workers, and solving problems to meet deadlines.u00a0u00a0To apply, please send resumes to Jay Carpenter atJob Duties:- Assist in the construction and assembly of refrigerated buildings using camu00adlock insulated panels, ensuring adherence to safety standards and project specifications.- Participate in tasks including door hanging, glycol floor heat installation, and control panel installation.- Install metal supports for refrigerated buildings.- Read blueprints.- Collaborate with team members on the construction site to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of projects.- Use lifts to install insulated panels.Job Requirements:- Ability to learn-on-the-job.- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.- Willingness to learn new skills and techniques related to refrigerated building construction.- Capability to maneuver heavy materials utilizing material handling equipment, frequently at heights up to 40'.- Installers must be physically capable of lifting 50 lb and conducting manual labor including crouching and crawling.- Be able to travel up to 80% of the year throughout the USA.- Must be a Colorado permanent resident.- Be able to pass random drug tests.- Valid United States based Drivers License.Overtime is typical with 1.5x overtime pay. 10-20 hours of overtime per week is typical. Company policy is that employees are flown home every other weekend when working out-of-town. Company policy is that no one works on Sundays. For out-of-town work, the company provides flights, car rental, housing, and a food allowance.u00a0We offer end-of-the-year profit-sharing bonuses and SEP.
