Description Robert Half has partnered with a respected law firm in the Denver West area. Our client is seeking a highly skilled Attorney with over 10 years of civil litigation experience to join our clientu2019s legal team. This role requires superior knowledge of litigation processes, proven ability to manage complex cases, and strong client relationship skills. The ideal candidate demonstrates in-depth expertise in civil trial practice, outstanding written and oral advocacy, and experience supervising junior attorneys or legal support staff. Key Responsibilities: u2022 Lead all phases of civil litigation from case inception through trial and appeal, including pleadings, discovery, motions, depositions, and settlement negotiations. u2022 Develop and implement litigation strategies to achieve favorable outcomes for clients. u2022 Represent clients in court proceedings, arbitrations, mediations, and other forums. u2022 Draft and review briefs, memoranda, and a wide range of legal documents. u2022 Provide legal counsel and support to clients on complex civil matters. u2022 Supervise and mentor junior associates, paralegals, and legal assistants. u2022 Maintain up-to-date knowledge of civil procedure, relevant statutes, and evolving industry trends. u2022 Proactively communicate with clients, experts, witnesses, and opposing counsel. u2022 Assist in business development and client relationship management as needed. Requirements Qualifications: u2022 Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. u2022 Active bar membership in good standing in Colorado. u2022 Minimum 10 yearsu2019 experience litigating civil cases in state and/or federal courts. u2022 Demonstrated expertise in trial advocacy and complex legal analysis. u2022 Strong written/oral communication and negotiation skills. u2022 Proven ability to manage multiple matters and prioritize effectively.
