StretchLab currently has over 350+ locations open worldwide with vast growth. u00a0 POSITION: The Assistant Sales Manager positionu00a0will be responsible for driving studio sales and memberships. This role works in collaboration with and under the direction of the Area Manager/Owners and is comprised of 80-90% sales and 10-20% staff management and studio operations. u00a0 REQUIREMENTS: 1+ year of sales experience u2013 membership sales preferred. Confident in generating the majority of sales and training/coaching staff to sell Ability to work weekdays/nights/weekends Ability to work independently and collaborate with studio owner, area manager Ability to manage and drive all revenue streams from membership sales to retail Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills in person, on the telephone and via email. Ability to excel in a fast changing, diverse environment. Ability to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgment. An affinity and passion for fitness and wellness. Solid writing and grammar skills. Highly organized, proficient in data management, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines. Professional, punctual, reliable and neat. Proficiency with computers and Studio software. Proficiency in social media and other grass roots marketing u00a0 DUTIES Lead generation through grass roots marketing (social media, community events, in house events) and networking with businesses (creating partnerships, attending Chamber events, etc.) Active outreach via phone calls/texts/emails and prospecting (setting appointments and confirming appointments) Assist the Area Manager with the sales process of lead generation, follow up, and close Assist in training & supervising Sales Associate Become proficient in ClubReady (CRM) Collect outstanding dues Maintain cleanliness and organization of the StretchLab studio Enforce StretchLab policies and procedures Ensure all forms, administrative supplies, and studio literature is stocked and visible Strategically manage marketing campaigns to generate leads for the studio (social media, storefront, inhouse, etc.) Manage the front desk to greet and check-in clients and prospects when they enter the studio Conduct tours of the facility while establishing a relationship and targeting individualu2019s needs Meet daily and monthly sales goals Emphasize and enforce objectives of the club as a fitness and wellness provider Other duties as assigned u00a0 COMPENSATION & PERKS: Starting pay $18 Commission paid on membership sales.
