This Admin position provides high-level administrative and operational support to ensure the efficient functioning of the office. This role serves as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders and supports day-to-day operations, scheduling, communications, and special projects.This individual will: directly support the office leadership including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements serve as the primary contact for visitors, phone calls, and email inquiries assist in preparing correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting materials maintain accurate records, files, and databases assist with event and meeting coordination, logistics, and follow-up other duties as assignedThis position requires you to: communicate and build working relationships with staff, faculty, alumni, and donors abide by university guidelines maintain confidentiality prioritize and manage work effectively positively represent the university participate in events at different locations both on campus and off campus work successfully in a team as well as independentlySkills / Knowledge / AbilitiesThe ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, be able to prioritize/be organized and strong communication skills.
