Description We are looking for a Consumer Loyalty Specialist to join our team in Fort Wayne, Indiana. This role is designed to enhance customer engagement by strategically managing loyalty programs and mobile app platforms. As a Contract to permanent employment opportunity, this position blends marketing expertise, data analytics, and cross-functional collaboration to deepen customer relationships and improve program performance. Responsibilities: u2022 Oversee the daily operations and functionality of loyalty programs and mobile app platforms, ensuring seamless user experiences. u2022 Collaborate with IT, Sales, Marketing, and other departments to address technical issues and optimize program performance. u2022 Analyze key metrics such as customer retention, purchase frequency, and basket size to inform strategic enhancements. u2022 Develop promotional campaigns aligned with company objectives and brand identity, including app-exclusive offers and targeted communications. u2022 Monitor the effectiveness of campaigns and provide detailed reports on performance metrics. u2022 Ensure all customer communication reflects the company's values and is personalized to enhance engagement. u2022 Maintain accurate program databases and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations. u2022 Train store teams on loyalty tools and best practices to improve customer interaction and program adoption. u2022 Conduct periodic store visits to support implementation and gather feedback for program improvements. u2022 Manage project timelines, schedules, and documentation related to loyalty initiatives while supporting administrative tasks. Requirements u2022 Proven experience in customer loyalty program management or marketing roles. u2022 Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations. u2022 Proficiency in tools like Google Apps and familiarity with iOS apps. u2022 Excellent communication skills, including email correspondence and customer service. u2022 Ability to troubleshoot connectivity issues and provide solutions. u2022 Experience in training teams and supporting frontline staff. u2022 Organized and detail-oriented approach to managing projects and documentation. u2022 Knowledge of data privacy standards and practices.
