That is why we hire people for careers, not jobs.BASIC FUNCTION:Assembles trusses according to specifications received from the Engineering Department.HOURS:1st shift - $16.00/hr.RESPONSIBILITIES:- Completing projects as assigned by Supervisor in a timely manner to meet the manufacturing schedule- Ensures plates are in proper position and finished orders are properly banded- Ensures bundles are correctly and adequately marked with the names of job and job number- Maintains equipment and work area in an orderly fashionSKILLS, KNOWLEDGE and ABILITIES:Ability to read, write, understand, and follow municate with other employees and supervisors using verbal and written skills.Knowledge of hand tools and small power tools.Must be able to bend, lift, and stand for extended periods of time.Knowledge of wood products.Team PlayerGreat AttitudeBenefits:Tindell's offers Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability and Life insurance to employees.
