Job Description We are seeking Direct Sales Representatives located in the following areas of Tennessee: Nashville, Memphis and Knoxville. Must reside within a reasonable distance to one of these areas As a Direct Sales Representative within the MPS division, you will be responsible for acquiring new merchant clients, expanding existing relationships, and driving revenue growth through direct engagement. This role is central to MPSu2019s transformation from legacy partnership models to a high-performance direct distribution strategy. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities Sales Execution u2022 Prospect and acquire new merchant clients across verticals such as Retail, Hospitality, Healthcare, and Public Sector. u2022 Conduct product demonstrations and articulate the value proposition of MPS solutions. u2022 Manage a robust sales pipeline using Salesforce and other CRM tools. u2022 Negotiate pricing and contract terms to close deals efficiently. Customer Relationship Management u2022 Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships. u2022 Execute customer retention strategies to reduce churn and increase satisfaction. u2022 Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights and solutions tailored to their business needs. Market Development u2022 Identify and pursue opportunities in high-growth geographies and verticals. u2022 Stay informed on industry trends, competitive dynamics, and regulatory changes.
