Description: NTT Data NA Innovation Center FSI Tech Advisor : This role evaluates advanced technologies to influence their impact on the financial services and insurance industries. This team member will focus on the evaluation and development of the advanced direction of AI and machine learning (ML) solutions across our banking and insurance operations. Considering how the enhance and improve the current autonomous solutions currently in play. This role will focus on leveraging AI technologies to optimize business processes, detect fraud, assess risk, personalize customer experiences, and ensure compliance with industry regulations. Summary: The NTT Data NA Innovation Center seeks an FSI Tech Advisor to evaluate and develop AI and machine learning solutions for banking and insurance sectors, focusing on enhancing autonomous systems to optimize processes, detect fraud, assess risk, personalize customer experiences, and ensure regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include researching emerging technologies, presenting ideas, collaborating globally, and applying innovations to client needs, requiring expertise in NLP, knowledge of financial industries, strong communication, problem-solving skills, and potential travel of 25-35%. + RESPONSIBILITIES + Research emerging technologies, document and present ideas for FSI consideration by the NA innovation team + Weekly presentations of ideas and interacting with technology with clients + Develops a growth pipeline with the client executives for engagements for tech showcases, workshops and technology evaluations + Collaborate with vertical and horizontal team SMEs globally + Expert collaborator and motivator of emerging tech ideas + Ability to apply suggested ideas to client needs and challenges to NTT DATA digital discussions and offerings + EDUCATION + Bacheloru2019s or Masteru2019s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Finance, or relative quantitative field + EXPERTISE + Strong understand of Natural Language Processing and Natural Language Understandin capabilities for conversational Ai and document processing applications + Working knowledge of the banking and insurance industry with the ability to position emerging technologies + Ability to communicate technical information to non-IT clients and colleagues + Logical approach to problem solving/analyzing; creative approach to positioning these technologies + Soft Skills + Creative, self-motivated, proactive and passionate about digital, technology, problem-solving + Mature communication and leadership skills, with the ability to bridge business and technical + Ability to cope with pressure challenges and learn quickly + Excellent time management skills; ability prioritize workloads with aggressive timelines, with matrixed local and global team members + Basic Qualifications + 3 years AI experience + Bachelor's degree or Master's degree Potential travel 25- 35% #LI-NAM
