Snelling is seeking skilledAssemblers (non-conveyor belt)to join a manufacturing team in the Trussville area. Experience must involve manual, detail-focused assembly rather than automated production line work. Responsible for the installation of various parts and/or components onto construction equipment.Starting Pay Rate:$24.00-29.00/hrSchedule:1stshift opening, starting at 6:00 am-3:30 pm, with some OTKey responsibilities of Assembler:- Installation of manufactured kitsontonew equipment.- Ability to follow detailed work instructions to ensure quality of installation.- Ability to follow procedures for torquing bolts, hydraulic hoses and fittings.Qualifications required for Assembler:- 3+ years of hands-on assembly experience (non-conveyor belt).
