This role plays a key part in producing highu2011quality titanium components for advanced applications. What Youu2019ll Do + Program, edit, and optimize CNC programs using CAM software and Gu2011code + Set up CNC machines, including tooling, fixturing, and material preparation + Operate CNC mills and/or lathes to produce titanium parts to exact specifications + Inspect finished components using precision measuring tools to ensure quality + Troubleshoot machining issues and adjust programs or setups as needed + Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area + Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to improve processes and resolve issues What Iu2019m Looking For + Minimum 3 years of CNC programming and machining experience , ideally with titanium + Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and GD&T + Experience with CAM software such as Mastercam, Fusion 360 , or similar + Solid understanding of CNC machine operations, tooling, and machining best practices + Ability to work independently, stay organized, and manage multiple tasks + High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree preferred Key Skills + CNC Programming + CNC Mill & Lathe Operation + Machining (Titanium experience preferred) + Blueprint Reading & GD&T + Mastercam / CAM Software + Machine Setup & Operation What We Offer + Competitive hourly compensation based on experience + Health, dental, and vision insurance + Opportunities for training, skill development, and advancement Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Naples, FL.
