IT Project Manager (SAP S/4HANA)

Job Description We are seeking a seasoned Senior IT Project Manager / IT Program Manager to lead a major SAP ECC to S/4HANA migration, with primary responsibility for the Order to Cash (OTC) workstream. This is a high visibility, enterprise wide initiative that will modernize core business processes and impact multiple functional areas across the organization. The ideal candidate brings deep SAP project experience, strong technical fluency, and the ability to partner closely with IT, offshore teams, andu2014eventuallyu2014business stakeholders as the program transitions into training, testing, and deployment phases. This role begins as a contract position with a strong potential to convert to full time. Key Responsibilities Project Leadership u2022u2003Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of the ECC u2192 S/4HANA migration, with emphasis on the OTC module. u2022u2003Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, RAID logs, and status reporting. u2022u2003Drive cross functional alignment across SAP Basis, ABAP/Development, OTC, P2P, and other SAP teams. u2022u2003Coordinate work with onshore and offshore technical teams, including the Global Technology Center. Stakeholder Management u2022u2003Partner closely with IT leadership throughout 2026 as the project remains IT heavy. u2022u2003Prepare for increased business engagement in 2027, including training, UAT, and change readiness. u2022u2003Communicate project status, risks, and decisions to senior leadership and executive stakeholders. u2022u2003Facilitate workshops, technical discussions, and solution reviews with SAP functional and technical teams. Execution & Delivery u2022u2003Build detailed work breakdown structures (WBS) and ensure technical teams are aligned on scope and deliverables. u2022u2003Oversee integration points across modules and ensure dependencies are managed. u2022u2003Support cutover planning, testing cycles, and readiness activities. u2022u2003Ensure project governance, documentation, and compliance with PMO standards.
