As an IT Specialist III, you serve as a senior technical expert and lead on large, complex initiatives that support WSECU's business objectives. In this role, you resolve highly complex end-user device computing issues and work closely with architects to establish and publish client computing standards based on business needs.You collaborate directly with lines of business to identify and implement effective technology solutions, manage and deploy technology assets, and participate in quarterly branch visits to ensure technology aligns with operational needs across the organization. Every task you perform, every partnership you build, and every issue you resolve directly enables WSECU's mission and goals.Ready to take the lead and make a meaningful impact?Your day might include:Providing advanced technical support for employees working both onsite and remotely, including troubleshooting hardware, operating systems, and connectivity issuesSupporting and maintaining cloudmanaged enduser devices throughout their lifecycle, including deployment, configuration, maintenance, and replacementTroubleshooting and supporting enterprise applications, including SoftwareasaService (SaaS) platforms and cloudbased servicesManaging incidents, service requests, and escalations in accordance with established service desk standards and proceduresCollaborating with IT engineers, security, and infrastructure teams to support client computing standards and cloud solutionsAssisting with application updates, enhancements, and user access issues while ensuring security and licensing requirements are metMaintaining accurate documentation, procedures, and knowledge base articles for enduser computing, applications, and servicesSupporting asset and service catalog management activities to ensure accurate tracking and availability of supported servicesParticipating in scheduled branch visits and providing onsite technical support as neededContributing to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying recurring issues and recommending solutionsWhat you bring to the team:Minimum three (3) years of experience supporting client computing devices.Ability to obtain a Microsoft Specialist certification for current workstation operating system(s) within 12 months of hire.Ability to obtain Network+ and Security+ certifications within 12 months of hire.Ability to obtain an A+ Workstation certification (or equivalent) within 12 months of hire.Associate degree in a technical field or higher, or equivalent combination of education and petitive base pay: $34.84 - $52.25 hourly, dependent on relevant qualifications, plus an annual discretionary incentive plan and benefits packageThe target starting pay for this position is $34.84 - $43.54 hourly, typically within the first half of the range. Actual offers will be based on individual qualifications relevant to the role and will not take an applicant's pay history into account.The range above allows our employees room for growth through annual merit and other pay increase during their tenure in the position.Where we're located: 330 Union Ave, Olympia WA.
