In collaboration with other members of the management team, the CNC directs, monitors, and evaluates nursing care in accordance with established policies/procedures, serves as a resource person for staff, and models a commitment to the organization’s vision/mission/values to support an unparalleled patient experience and clinical outcomes that contribute to overall departmental performance.As aPre-op ClinicalNurse Coordinator (Charge RN)you will be part of an amazing interdisciplinary team environment.You will work under the general supervision of the unit’s director and you will assumeresponsibility forthedirection andthecoordination of all functions in the PACUDepartment on yourdesignated shifts.You will demonstratethe knowledge and skills necessary to provide care topatients and to provide direction and supervisions toother staff caring for patients. Here is some of what you can expect from being aPre-op PACUClinical Nurse Coordinatorwith us:You will provideoverall management for patient care in the Pre-op. You will ensurepatient care satisfaction, quality, and safety and promotes optimal patient outcomes. You will assistin completion of performance evaluations, counseling, and coaching of staff. You will participatein hiring staff and in day-to-day operational supervision. You will conductteam meetings, staff development, and education. You will beresponsible for developing and evaluating performance initiatives for assigned units.What qualifications you will need:Current licensure in the State of Colorado as a Registered Nurse, or current active multi-state Registered Nurse license.
