Come join us and our family and create your own history as an employee of this historic property.Be a key contributor to Operations and ASC teams’ performance by driving operational and administrative excellence within the vibrant “All In” culture of the Omni Parker House. The Associate Services Manager supports all departments in ways designed to ensure that the company provides memorable experiences for our associates and, by extension, for our guests. This position requires a deep knowledge of - and passion for - all associates and the operations of the hotel. It also demands excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Metrics to be met or exceeded include Medallia scores, associate turnover statistics, associate engagement scores and corporate wide ASC department internal audit expectations. This is a overtime eligible manager role. the slary raneg is $70K to 75K based on experience.Responsible for all ASC sections in the hotel wide company Audit to include certificates, licenses, I-9’s, 7I’s, MVR’s, bonus packages, relocation packages, and confidentiality agreements.,Administer and coordinate Annual Open Enrollment for benefits for nonunion associatesReporting and administration of Unite Here Health for union associates, BAMS, 401K, pension, new enrollments, terminaitons, LOA, , eligibility.Assist as needed with all LOA requests and eligibility questions. Placing associate on LOA in UltiproAny and all reporting for multitude of projects for ASC, Finance and benefits in cpliance with union CBAResponsible for developing training packets for all supervisory posiitons and above or newly promoted managersAssist in the planning and execution of associate events coordinated by the Associate Services Department (Monthly OSC Rallies, Employee Appreciation events, Annual OSC Gala, etc.)Responsible for the Service Scorecard upload and document completionConduct and log all training classes as needed, New Hire Orientation, Manager Orientation, Monthly Manager Trainings, LMS, Power of Engagement, Service Skills, ATGT meetings, eGain “Train the Trainer” certification to deliver TIPS Training and Food Handlers training to hotel staff as requiredOrganize and/or deliver mandatory Audit related company trainings such as ServeSafe, MVR , anual safety compliance certifications; Slips and fallls, OSHA, Run Hide Fight and Human Trafficking tand CPR training for s100% of the teamCreate, develop, and implement departmental training manuals and/or checklists including brand standards, SOPS, service standards (including Inspire), job descriptions and departmental processes and proceduresWith department managers, train and support new associates on accessing and using Kronos and Ultipro and pther rewuired systemsPlan and execute exciting, fun and creative associate events monthly, quarterly and yearlyUpload all wage changes throughout the yearConduct investigations on any associate incidents Implement Omni’s recognition programs; ensure the Omni Service Champion culture is celebratedConsistently promulgate Omni’s culture and its “Power of Engagement” philosophy on property; adapt to varying situations based on adherence to Omni culture and Standard Operating ProceduresDevelop a consistent and lively associate communications network within the hotel via bulletin boards (electronic or otherwise), department communication boards, posters, and flyersProvide support to accomplish Medallia targets; analyze and provide feedback to department heads on improvement tactics; attend the monthly Issue Prevention meetingSpearhead project communications between departments; especially HR, Finance and OperationsRun reports and process spreadsheets and data as needed for payroll,ASC and unionAssist and support operations managers in payroll and Kronos compliance, PTO acruals and otherwiseCreate recruiting requisitions as needed; and organize interivew adminstrationAttend all department/hotel meetings as requiredAssist with any other reasonable assignment issued by the Hotel ManagementA minimum of two years’ hotel experience requiredA minimum of two years’ prior HR Generalist experience strongly preferred, preferably within a hotel settingBachelor’s degree is preferred in hospitality, business or related field Thorough understanding of Omni culture and key service componentsProficiency in Microsoft Office ProductsAbility to compute accurate mathematical calculationsMust beservice and detail oriented, possessing a friendly approachable demeanor and strong problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail Ability to clearly and pleasantly communicate both verbally and in writing in English with guests, management, and co-workers, both in person and by telephoneComputer proficiency; with developed Excel skills. UltiPro, Kronos and Dayforce knowledge preferredMust have outstanding verbal and written communication skillsMust be able to work a flexible schedule as needed for the operation which may include early mornings, late evenings and weekends and holidays.
