This role ensures guests receive timely, friendly, and responsible alcohol service while maintaining a clean, organized bar area.This is a seasonal role from February 23, 2025 and will end on June 23, 2026.This role will pay an hourly rate of $21.50This position will remain open until April 24, 2026.Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to event standardsVerify valid ID and follow all alcohol service laws and company policiesSet up, stock, and break down portable bar stationsMaintain cleanliness and organization of bar and service areasAccurately handle cashless transactions when applicableMonitor guest consumption and refuse service when necessaryCommunicate supply needs to supervisors and restock as neededFollow food safety and sanitation guidelinesProvide excellent customer service in a fast-paced, outdoor environmentAssist with event breakdown and other duties as assignedMust be 21 years of age or olderTABC certification required (or ability to obtain prior to event)Previous bartending or event experience preferredAbility to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbsComfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditionsStrong customer service and communication skillsFlexible availability, including early mornings, weekends, and extended shiftsReliable transportationAt OVG, we understand that to continue positively disrupting the sports and live entertainment industry, we need a diverse team to help us do it.
