WHO are we looking for?CAPTRUST is seeking a Senior Institutional Client Management Associate who will support the Financial Advisor Service Team to service and retain institutional client relationships. These relationships may consist of corporate retirement plan investment committees, human resource or employee benefit contacts, and external vendor partners.The candidate must maintain the highest professional and ethical standards, be well-organized, service- oriented, and capable of performing under tight deadlines. Must be adaptable, show ability to retain information and possess a strong attention to detail and interpersonal skills. This is a full-time position working Monday through Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Primary responsibilities may include the following, among others:Deliver exceptional service and become a trusted partner to the Financial Advisor Service Team by managing their book of business by ensuring service needs are carried out with the highest level of attention and in a timely mannerDevelop, compile, and ensure accuracy of quarterly and ad-hoc/client specific reports, spreadsheets, and presentationsOversee critical maintenance/organization of system files, records, and assist with new client onboardingAid in the retention of existing client relationships by applying the highest level of service to all questions, requests, and deliverablesEstablish and develop relationships with FA service team and internal business partnersCoordinate and manage the efforts of internal business partners to ensure appropriate recommendations for each clientAssist in quarterly data collection, auditing, and input of system dataPerform other duties and special projects independently or with a team as required by Financial Advisor Service Team or the Institutional Client Services departmentMinimum Qualifications:Completion of a four-year college degree in the following areas: Business Administration, Statistics, Finance, or Economics or equivalent years of experience3 years of industry related experienceTechnical proficiency in navigating CRM systems, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Adobe and NitroStrong desire to work in the financial industryDesired Qualifications/Skills:Excellent oral and written communications skillsExceptional attention to every detail and a personal ambition to be error-freeExtremely organized; enjoys keeping accurate and detailed recordsStrong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; ability to design spreadsheets using formulas, linking cells, and graphing functionsHigh standards of professionalism (dress, manners, conduct, speech)Positive attitude and a team playerSelf-motivated and able to work well independently AND with othersExcellent math skills and the ability to grasp financial investment, and retirement plan conceptsFlexible with changes in priorities and able to handle the pressure of short deadlinesStrong time-management skills; maintains a personal calendar/task planner systemWHAT can you expect from your career at CAPTRUST?Our colleagues, like our clients, tend to stay with CAPTRUST for years.
