Join a family-oriented company that values personal and professional growth.Ed Morse Automotive Group is currently looking for a NewCar Sales Manager to join our team!Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadlineConsult with customers to find a vehicle to fit their specific wants and needsProspect and contact potential customersResolve customer inquiries and complaintsSet follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developmentsWriting complete orders and processing paperworkBuilding and maintaining strong customer relationships.Work closely with other department managers to ensure cooperation and teamwork through the dealership.You must ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and dealership policies and procedures. Minimum of 3 years New Car Sales Management experienceAttention to detail, prioritizing tasks, and overall good time management skills are a must.Must have strong leadership skills, positive attitude, self-motivated, competitive, and must possess excellent communication and people skills.Must hold a valid driver’s license.
