About the Role: As a Senior Software Test Automation Engineer, you will take on more advanced testing responsibilities and contribute significantly to our quality assurance efforts. You will play a crucial role in mentoring junior team members and driving continuous improvement in our testing processes. Responsibilities: u2022 Lead the design and execution of complex automated test cases. u2022 Develop and maintain test automation frameworks and scripts. u2022 Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on best practices. u2022 Analyze test results and identify opportunities for test coverage improvements. u2022 Participate in code reviews and collaborate with developers on testing strategies. u2022 Execute performance and load testing using appropriate tools. u2022 Implement automated regression testing into CI/CD pipelines. u2022 Troubleshoot and resolve intricate automation challenges. u2022 Document test processes and outcomes for future reference. u2022 Contribute to the continuous improvement of test methodologies and procedures. Years of Experience: 2-5+ years of Senior Software Test Automation Engineer related experience. Skills: u2022 Advanced Programming: Strong proficiency in programming languages like C#, .NET, Java, and Python. u2022 Complex Test Design: Ability to design and implement sophisticated test scenarios. u2022 Test Automation Architecture: In-depth knowledge of automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, TestNG). u2022 Mentorship: Capability to provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members. u2022 Problem Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to address automation issues. u2022 Continuous Integration: Advanced understanding of CI/CD tools like Jenkins or GitLab. u2022 Collaboration: Excellent team collaboration and communication skills.
