Director of Surgical Services Location: Fredericksburg, TX Position Type: Full-Time Leadership Schedule: Days No Weekends Compensation & Incentives + Salary Range: $97,052 u2013 $145,000 annually , based on experience + Incentive Bonus: Eligible for up to 17.5% + Sign-On Bonus: Available on a case-by-case basis + Relocation Assistance: Available on a case-by-case basis Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Director of Surgical Services to provide strategic and operational leadership for a busy surgical department. This role oversees all surgical services and reports directly to executive leadership. The Director will be responsible for driving clinical excellence, operational efficiency, staff engagement, and patient satisfaction. The department includes 5 operating rooms, supports approximately 4,000 cases annually, and spans a broad range of specialties including General Surgery, Orthopedics, Urology, ENT, GYN, Ophthalmology, Breast, and Robotic procedures. The team consists of approximately 50u201360 FTEs.
