NPI Technician u2013 Adecco Hiring (North Austin $21/hr Mu2013F 7:30u20135:30) Adecco is currently hiring for an NPI Technician role in North Austin. This position supports the transition of custom electrical and mechanical designs into build-ready products for a manufacturing environment. Primary Responsibilities u2022 Interpret electrical and mechanical schematics to build products accurately. u2022 Redline or correct drawings, documenting design changes or errors. u2022 Communicate technical updates clearly to both design engineers and production operators. u2022 Physically build higheru2011level product solutions as requested by management. u2022 Lead project teams on the production floor working on specific builds or solutions. u2022 Provide dayu2011tou2011day leadership and guidance to project teams. u2022 Execute inspection, testing, troubleshooting, and evaluation of built products. u2022 Recommend improvements to internal quality processes. u2022 Perform rootu2011cause analysis on design issues and suggest corrective actions. u2022 Create clear and accurate technical work instructions. Job Requirements Education u2022 Associate Degree preferred (Engineering Technology, Electrical, Mechanical, or related field). Skills 1. Strong written and verbal communication skills. 2. Strong problemu2011solving abilities. 3. General electrical and mechanical engineering knowledge. 4. Strong computer proficiency. Working Environment u2022 General office and light production environment. u2022 Normal lighting and temperature with no hazardous conditions. u2022 Standard office tools and equipment used. Physical Requirements u2022 Primarily sedentary, with up to 10% standing and walking. u2022 May require bending, stooping, or light physical activity. u2022 Use of hand tools required. Mental Requirements u2022 Ability to analyze and interpret complex data. u2022 Ability to calibrate precise measurements. u2022 Strong problemu2011solving mindset.
