Description A client-focused professional services firm in Carlsbad is seeking a proactive Client Success Specialist to serve as the primary relationship manager for a portfolio of clients. This role is centered on retention, satisfaction, and long-term partnership building. The ideal candidate excels at communication, problem-solving, and delivering a high-touch client experience.
