Now Hiring CFYs & SLPs: Join a Top School Team in Anaheim, CA Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP) Ku201312 School Setting (Primarily Elementary) Near Anaheim, California Full-Time A supportive and collaborative school near Anaheim, California is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP) to provide services primarily to elementary-aged students with general speech, language, and articulation disorders. This is a wonderful opportunity for an SLP who loves pediatrics, thrives in a school-based environment, and is eager to help students communicate with confidence. Position Overview + Setting: Ku201312 school district + Primary Caseload: Elementary students (speech, language, articulation) + Service Delivery: Small group and 1:1 therapy commonly used in California schools + Experience Required: Pediatric and/or school-based experience + Disability Range: Mild to moderate IEP System u2013 California This district utilizes California-approved digital IEP systems. Common systems in the state include: + SIRAS, one of Californiau2019s most widely used and fast-growing IEP and special education data systems (browser-based, CALPADS-compliant, used across 190 districts) + SameGoal, used by 1,000+ districts/LEAs nationally, including California, as a modern documentation and compliance platform for Special Education and 504s Your duties as a K-12 SLP will include drafting, managing, and updating IEPs within the districtu2019s system, ensuring compliance with IDEA and state guidelines. Education & Certification Requirements Candidates must meet Californiau2019s professional standards for school-based SLPs: + Masteru2019s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (required) + ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) + Ability to interpret and implement IDEA requirements within a school IEP structure + Experience providing pediatric or school-based therapy + Familiarity with California IEP processes and documentation expectations (supported by CA special education software systems such as SIRAS and SameGoal) Primary Responsibilities + Provide therapy in small groups and/or individualized sessions per student IEP needs + Address speech-sound production, expressive/receptive language, fluency, and articulation + Conduct assessments, write evaluation reports, and develop IEP goals + Collaborate with teachers, parents, psychologists, and support staff + Maintain documentation in accordance with CA state and district guidelines + Support generalization of communication skills across the school environment Why Anaheim?
