Metrology Operator - Day Shift

Adecco is hiring immediately for a Metrology Operator with a local client in Santa Clara, CA. Pay is $30.00/hr - $32.00/hr. Duties: u00b7 Sunday-Tuesday with every other Wednesday. (12hrs workday) 6am-6:30pm u00b7 Perform operation of assigned semiconductor process equipment u00b7 Perform basic system qualification of assigned semiconductor process equipment u00b7 Support process demonstrations for internal/external customers u00b7 Compile and update process data, and specifications. u00b7 Use real time database to monitor/input data and track performance of equipment and production activities to requirements of assigned equipment u00b7 Work shift may include compressed work week schedule or augmented work week schedule to meet the needs of the client Qualifications: u00b7 Technical Degree with 1+ years of industry experience or 5+ years of industry experience in Semiconductor Fab production and/or R&D environment u00b7 Hands-on experience operating semiconductor processing equipment, including Metrology, PVD, CVD, RTP, Etch, ECP, Clean, Metal Dep., and Lithography processing equipment u00b7 Reasonable analytical skills u00b7 Reasonable problem solving and troubleshooting skills u00b7 Moderate oral and written communication skills u00b7 Comfortable work with and around hazardous materials u00b7 Experience interfacing with members of various departments u00b7 Reasonable understanding of cleanroom protocol u00b7 Reasonable organizational and interpersonal skills u00b7 Reasonable computer skills u00b7 Good attention to detail.
