Resp onsibilities include : + Delivery of patient care to assigned patients, provides care for clients as ordered including IV infusions, infusion pumps, and tube feedings under the supervision of a Registered Nurse + Identifies, implements, and maintains appropriate teaching plans for patient and caregivers under direction of a Registered Nurse + Follows plan of care and collaborates with Registered Nurse regarding patient response to treatment and change in status + Utilizes nursing knowledge in the administration of medication and evaluation of effectiveness when applicable. Home Health Field LPN- Requirements: + BLS (Basic Life Support) + LPN (Registered Nurse) License + Driver's License State of Florida (Florida driver's license is required within 30 days of hire) + Required Associate's or Diploma Nursing + Required 1-year Licensed Practical Nurse + _Preferred_ 1 year Home Care _This position requires Level II screening through the Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse, managed by the Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA).
