Key Leadership Responsibilities + Operational Excellence: Maintain 24/7 accountability for departmental operations, ensuring seamless patient throughput and safety. + Team Development: Lead and mentor a dedicated nursing staff, championing a culture of continuous learning and professional advancement. + Strategic Staffing: Mastermind unit scheduling and coordination to ensure optimal coverage and high-quality care delivery. + Regulatory Stewardship: Collaborate with executive leadership to meet organizational goals and maintain rigorous regulatory compliance. + Clinical Oversight: Act as the primary point of clinical escalation, ensuring that patient care services align with hospital benchmarks. Qualifications + Experience: Minimum 2 years of leadership experience (Charge Nurse, CNC, or Nurse Manager) in an acute care setting required. + Licensure: Active Florida RN license or recognized Multistate Compact license. + Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (BSN preferred). + Certifications: BLS and ACLS required (must be active or obtained within 30 days of hire).
