Key Responsibilities + Mechanical Ventilation: Lead the management of both short-term and long-term acute care ventilators with precision. + Patient Advocacy: Assess patients across all age groups to develop and implement individualized respiratory care plans. + Complex Interventions: Administer routine and emergency respiratory treatments, acting as a key responder in critical situations. + Clinical Leadership: Work independently to manage your floor or unit, ensuring high standards of safety and infection control. + Integrated Care: Maintain real-time electronic documentation and collaborate with physicians to refine therapeutic outcomes. What Youu2019ll Need to Succeed + Education: Graduate of an AMA-approved Respiratory Care program (Associateu2019s required; Bacheloru2019s preferred). + Licensure: Current Florida State CRT License . + Certifications: Current BLS (AHA). Must be willing to obtain ACLS, PALS, and NRP within 6 months of hire (we help support this). + Physical Readiness: Ability to stay active and mobile in a fast-moving inpatient setting.
