RN Director u2013 Cardiovascular Services Position Overview We are seeking an experienced RN Director of Cardiovascular Services to provide strategic leadership across multiple cardiovascular units. This role oversees clinical operations, staff performance, and quality outcomes within a high-acuity cardiovascular service line. The Director will lead Cardiac Cath Lab, Electrophysiology, and Pre/Post Holding Units, ensuring safe, efficient, and patient-centered care while collaborating closely with physicians and hospital leadership.
