Requisition Number: 219166 Job Description Cintas is currently looking for an SAP Developeru2013Level 3 ABAP for the SAP Development team in IT. The SAP Developeru2013Level 3 is responsible for: working on major projects that may span a broad range of systems, providing subject matter expertise and technical direction; working closely with customers, and team members to understand the business requirements that drive the analysis and design of quality technical solutions that are aligned with the business and IT strategies, and are in compliance with the organizationu2019s architectural standards; and application analysis, design, development, integration, and enhancement, and also involved in complex support issues. Skills/Qualifications Required: + Bacheloru2019s degree (or foreign educational equivalent) or equivalent based on education and/or experience + Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP development experience utilizing SAP NetWeaver and ABAP technologies including any combination of at least five of the following: Workbench, BAPI, BADI, RFC, ALE/EDI, IDOCs, ALV Grids, Webdynpro, LSMW, BDCs, SAP Script, Workflow Customization, and SAP forms + Minimum 5 years of experience in development/configuration/solutions evaluation/validation and deployment + Minimum 3 years of experience of providing technical leadership, coaching, and mentoring to team members with proven success on multiple enterprise-wide software development projects with support and delivery in a production support role in a medium to large business + Minimum 1 year experience in HANA developing CDS views and AMDP procedures Preferred: + Experience in complex SAP environments supporting multiple components + Experience in SolManu2013ChaRM Benefits Cintas offers comprehensive and competitive medical, dental and vision benefits, with premiums below the national average.
