Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is hiring an Occupational Health Nurse in Cambridge, Ohio This role is in person / on site. Please read below and apply with an updated resume for consideration. Type: Six-month contract, opportunity for extension or fulltime offer Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm - with on call as needed Pay: $29.00 to $33.00 an hour Responsibilities of the Occupational Health Nurse Incident Medical Treatment u2013 u00b7 Aid first responders to ensure patient care and transportation (ambulatory) u00b7 Work with Workers Comp and/or Emergency Room, determine when employee can return to work u00b7 Obtain and provide Workers Comp to employee and HR teams u00b7 Work with injured employee to coordinate follow up appointments Employee Physicals Management u2013 u00b7 Respiratory Fit testing and manage physicals u00b7 Perform vision screening for forklift operators u00b7 Manage hearing tests u00b7 Maintain and update employee medical files in database u00b7 Managing drug screening for injuries and new hires u00b7 Overseeing flu vaccines Employee Wellness u2013 u00b7 Coordinate annual health fair u00b7 Employee health campaigns (emails, monthly themes, activities) u00b7 Maintain clinic operation with supplies, housekeeping, bloodborne pathogens waste management Additional u2013 u00b7 Be familiar with occupational medical stands u00b7 Work with job accommodation requests through HR u00b7 Manage call off hotline (medical) Qualifications for the Occupational Health Nurse: u00b7 High School Diploma or GED u00b7 2+ years of related experience (occupational health, ER, Urgent care) u00b7 LPN or RN license in OH, active and in good standing u00b7 Proficient software computer skills Why work for Adecco? u00b7 Weekly Pay u00b7 401(k) Plan u00b7 Skills Training u00b7 Excellent medical, dental, and vision benefits Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
