Job Title: Civil Laborer Job Description We are seeking two dedicated civil laborers to join our team. The role involves performing tasks such as silt fence installation, installing waddles, shoveling, raking, laying down hydroseeding, and working around basins. Responsibilities + Perform silt fence installation and install waddles. + Engage in shoveling, raking, and laying down hydroseeding. + Work efficiently around basins. + Participate in general labor tasks related to civil and construction work. Essential Skills + 2+ years of solar experience. + 2+ years of civil construction background. + Proficiency in civil labor tasks such as erosion control and silt fence installation. + Reliable transportation. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience in construction and production. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Why Work Here? Work Environment Employees will work on the civil scope of a solar project, with a schedule of Monday through Friday, consisting of 10-hour shifts. The role includes a $120 per diem. The work environment involves standard construction shifts with breaks for lunch and morning/afternoon. Appropriate work clothing is required on-site. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Colonial Beach, VA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $23.00/hr.
