Be the voice of support and advocacy for those in need and make a difference where it matters Now Hiring: Travel Licensed Clinical Social Worker - Hospital based u2013 Cumming, GA Schedule: 13 weeks, Shift is 330p-12a Important: Applicants must reside 50 miles or more from zip code 30041 Key responsibilities: + Develops and implements patient management plans, including the coordination of referrals to specialty and social services + Manages assigned caseload. Prepares and maintains records and makes written and oral reports to document case activity concerning patient care, counseling and therapeutic activities in accordance with department, hospital, medical center and/or health system policies + Provides supportive counseling, grief counseling, crisis intervention and other appropriate therapeutic services to assist patients and families in coping with presenting symptoms and problems Qualifications: + Minimum 2 yearsu2019 experience working in a hospital setting + Active LCSW u2013 Licensed Medical Social Worker in State of GA + AHA BLS certification required + Masteru2019s Degree in Social Work from an accredited college required Pay Breakdown: + $720 per diem weekly (taxable) + $1,211 weekly per diem (non-taxable) Pay Details: $1,931.00 per week Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
