School Aide

Now Hiring: School Aides Multiple Openings Across Minneapolis Locations: Coon Rapids, Blaine, Brooklyn Park, Anoka, Andover, Champlin, Dayton Pay: $20/hour and up (based on education/experience) + Benefits Schedule: 35 hours/week, M-F Start Date: Start as soon as you complete the onboarding & credentialing process Duration: Through the end of the school year with option to return next school year About the Role We are seeking dedicated school aides to join our team across multiple schools in the Minneapolis area. Positions are available at all grade levels. These roles fall under the supervision of the special education department, classroom teacher, or designated supervisor to provide instructional and/or behavioral support to students. This role may also include assisting students with personal care, physical mobility, and therapeutic needs as directed by healthcare professionals. Preferred Experience + Previous experience working with children or in a school setting. + Familiarity with supporting students with developmental needs and behavioral challenges. + Knowledge of crisis prevention strategies is a plus. Minimum Requirements + High School diploma or equivalent. + 60 college credits or paraeducator credential (can be done during onboarding) + PCA certification (can be done during onboarding) + Current CPR certification (if applicable). + TB questionnaire, PPD, or chest X-ray (as required). + Current health certificate (per contract or state regulation). + Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements. + Must be at least 18 years of age.
