Job Title: Case Picker and Reach Truck Operator Job Description The Case Picker and Reach Truck Operator is responsible for accurately picking and staging cases for shipment using a reach truck and other material handling equipment. This role ensures timely and accurate order fulfillment while maintaining safety and inventory integrity in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Responsibilities + Operate reach trucks proficiently in narrow aisles and high racks. + Accurately pick cases based on order sheets or RF scanners. + Ensure correct product counts and minimize shrinkage. + Adhere to OSHA and company safety standards. + Navigate digital systems for tracking and updating inventory. + Participate in machine operations tests and training as required. Essential Skills + Proficiency in reach truck operation. + Experience in case picking and using RF scanners. + Adherence to safety protocols and maintaining inventory accuracy. + Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly. Work Environment The role operates in a warehouse setting, which may include extremely cold storage or ambient temperature zones. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Clifton, NJ. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr.
